Robert Sweet (95) is a United States District Court Judge in the federal system. He skates at least twice a week.
His wife was an ice-dancer as well. She gave him the first pair of figure skates and soon he got into the sport. He’s been doing it for the last 20 years. And he is a role model for everyone.
“Ice-dancing is a very demanding sport. It’s a very narrow blade. Everything has to be right in order to do it well, or to do it at all,” Robert says.
His secret to success? – Patience, determination, and balance.
