UPTET is a state-level test conducted every year for recruitment of upper primary and primary-level teachers in various schools under the UP government. Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board is the conducting body of the exam. UPTET is expected to be conducted in November. The exam conducting authority has not announced the date of release of UPTET Admit Cards but candidates should keep in mind that only a few months are left for preparation. 1. Understand UPTET Exam Pattern & Syllabus

The UPTET Exam is conducted in two levels in offline mode:
- The Level-I is conducted for Primary Teachers(Class I-V).

The pattern for both the exams is the same but the syllabus is different. Both the exams will include 150 questions and 2.5 hours will be allotted to the candidates to solve the paper. None of the exams involves negative marking. However, there are qualifying marks for both the exams i.e.,
- General Category: Candidates need to score a minimum of 60% marks.
- SC/ST/OBC: Candidates require a minimum of 55% marks to qualify the exam.
2. Plan in Advance & Accordingly
