Eligibility Criteria for KVPY Exam
The following are some criteria that students need to qualify to appear for the exam-
1. Age Limit

| SA Stream | The minimum age must be 16 years. |

2. Educational Qualification

| SA Stream | In their class 10th board examinations, they must have received a minimum of 75 % aggregate marks in Math and Science courses (65 % for ST, SC, and PWD candidates). |
| SB Stream | To take the aptitude test, you must have a minimum of 60% in Science subjects in your 12th-grade board examinations and 1rst year of your graduation(50 percent for SC, ST, and PwD students). |
| SX Stream | In their class 10th board examinations, they must have received a minimum of 75 % aggregate marks in Math and Science courses (65 % for ST, SC, and PWD candidates). |
3. Nationality
For Stream SA, SB, SX the candidate should have Indian citizenship. They should have Indian nationality to pursue those exams.
4. Who can apply?

KVPY FAQs
In stream-SA, you need to answer all the questions. In-Stream SB/SX, applicants must choose 3 subjects from a list of 4 in Part I and two subjects in Part II.
