This Goes To The Woman Who Feels Like She’s Lost Herself

I’m writing this to remind you how amazing, smart, and strong you are. These past few months have been very difficult for you. You’ve felt empty and lost. You’ve felt like you’ve lost control over your life and like you don’t know where you’re going.

But I want you to know that this is just a phase. A hard, painful phase that will be over soon.

You might be wondering now how I know this.

Well, I know this because I’ve already been there myself. I know how hard it is when you feel lost, helpless, and desperate. When you feel like no one understands you. When you feel like everyone else is going about their lives and you are still stuck in the same place.

I know what it feels like when you doubt yourself. When you can’t find anything good about you. When you feel weak and useless. When you lose your sense of self-worth.

I know how it hurts when you feel like the entire world is crumbling down on you.

I know what it feels like when you can’t stop wondering what you’ve done to deserve this and whether you’ll ever be able to get back to normal.

I know how it hurts when you feel like you’re falling apart and you can’t see the light at the end of the tunnel.

But as I said, what you’re going through is temporary and it’ll be all over soon.

It will all come back. Your happiness, your confidence, your tranquility, your joy, your laughter, your spark.

The day when you realize how stronger and wiser you’ve grown from this point in time will come too.

The day when you find yourself.

Another thing I want you to know is that it’s okay to feel lost sometimes. It’s okay to feel like you’re breaking on the inside. It’s okay to give yourself time to grieve and cry, but it’s also okay to give yourself time to accept what you’re going through and move on.

Because life is tough. Sometimes life gets too draining and painful. It becomes too difficult for you to handle. You can’t escape the hard, dark, painful moments life has in store for you – no one can.

But what you can do is choose the way you react to what life throws your way. You can’t let life’s negativities kill your happiness and extinguish the glow of your soul’s light. You can’t let them stop you from being you and living your life the way you want.

What you need to understand is that your heartbreaks, misfortunes, mistakes, failures, losses, and pains are just a part of you. They don’t make the person you are and they certainly don’t define your worth.

Keep this always in your mind.

Whenever you’re going through a rough time and you are about to give up, remember that nothing lasts forever.

Remember that you were born for this. You were born to show everyone what you’re made of.

You were born to show everyone how tough and resilient you are and that you have what it takes to overcome whatever problem or hardship life throws your way.

Remember that you’re strong enough to see your heart get broken in thousands of pieces, but also strong enough to pick them up and put your heart together.

Remember that you’re strong enough to fall apart when life knocks you down, but also strong enough to stand up, shake off your pain, and move on.

Whenever you’re going through a tough time, remember your strength and resilience. Remember that all the people in your life that truly love you will continue to love and care about you no matter how many times you fall.

Remember that everything changes. Remember that sadness, pain, loss, and failure don’t last forever.

Remember that whatever you’re going through is just a small chapter of the story you are writing and when it’s over, you will find yourself again.
