After claiming that the odors from the barbecue of her neighbors made it impossible for her to enjoy her own garden, Perth vegan Cilla Carden decided to take them to court this week. Now, more than 3,000 people are planning to attend a mass barbecue outside her home. They even set up a page on Facebook and called it “Community BBQ for Cilla Carden.”
The event description reads: “Don’t let Cilla destroy a good old Aussie tradition, join us for a community BBQ, and help Cilla Carden GET SOME PORK ON HER FORK.”
The barbecue is scheduled for October 19, and as you might guess, vegans aren’t welcome.
